"Deers In The Wall" Painting

Painting is the way I explore myself and the world. I’m endlessly fascinated by how colours, brush strokes and shapes can represent and synthesize what’s around us. Each white canvas is a beginning of a journey, a new way for me to discover where those lines and nuances will bring me. When my subject is human, I love capturing people in unguarded moments, and wonder about their inner lives. In my most recent paintings I’m expanding my range of subjects and techniques. Starting from the study of the human form, and of natural and urban landscapes, I’m interested in incorporating abstract elements and experimentating with hues, texture and composition, without losing the clarity and substance of the essential forms. I'm from a small town in North-Eastern Italy, where I live. I’ve displayed my artworks in many exhibitions, showing both sides of my personality: paintings and comic panels. Since 2012 I’ve been working as a professional comic book artist on the fantasy comic series “Dragonero” produced by Sergio Bonelli Editore, and on various graphic novels released by independent editors. I'm also experienced in traditional animation and visual effects, and I perform in live-painting and sand art shows.I'm an italian professional comic artist working for "Sergio Bonelli Editore" on his fantasy publication "Dragonero". I constantly publish from 2012, starting with independent editors and moving foreward with graphic novels. I'm experienced in traditional animation and visuals, and painting is the way I explore myself. I displayed my artworks in many exhibitions always showing both sides of my personality: comic panels and paintings.
